Coaching for
Teams and Companies

People join companies, but they quit their managers. I'm here to help your executives and managers be amazing leaders of people, so you can keep your top talent and drive innovation.

"Innovation" is a dramatically overused term. To me it means "creative problem solving". To realize the exponential growth opportunities that come with true innovation your best people have to feel safe enough to be creative. The ingredients required to build a psychologically safe team are simple, but finding the empathy and courage to use them is hard. My coaching approach guides executives and managers to see what is holding them back from empowering their teams to innovate. Luckily, helping managers lead with empathy is a linear process, whereas the innovation it creates can drive exponential returns.

Your executive team is best placed to create and model a culture of psychological safety, your managers enhance that culture, and your best people thrive in that culture - innovating and growing the company.

What is missing? The mirror to reflect the truth and show you and your team ways to improve. Coaching is the mirror. Coaching provides the space for reflection and builds the courage to make the hard and necessary change.

Drop me a note below, I would love to help your company or team take the steps towards innovation.

Benefits of Coaching

  • Increases Employee Engagement: When people are able to resolve conflicts, blockers, and values mis-alignments in the workplace they are more likely to be engaged, productive, and fully satisfied with their jobs.
  • Productivity: Coaching grows productivity by helping employees refine their focus, be more efficient, and prioritize their time spent on the highest leverage work.
  • Improves Talent Acquisition and Retention: Showcasing a coaching offering at your company highlights a company's investment in its people, which is a magnet for top talent. After acquiring top talent thanks to the promise of an investment in professional development, coaching delivers on that promise by developing leaders who want to stay with the company in the long run.
  • Healthy Organizational Culture: The net effect of coaching organization wide is an elevated workplace culture. This comes from clearer communication, self-aware team members, and established trust. A healthy organizational culture promotes innovation, increases collaboration, empowers employees, fosters teams that thrive amidst change, and boosts morale.
